We provide brake service and auto repair services. All service descriptions, pricing, and information on this website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate and current information.

• Appointments can be scheduled by phone, in person, or through our online form.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-show appointments may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

• Written estimates are provided before any work begins upon request.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
• Additional work beyond the estimate will require customer approval.
• Final prices may vary based on parts availability and labor time.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

• Payment is due upon completion of services.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Returned checks may be subject to a processing fee.
• Outstanding balances may result in vehicle lien until paid.

We offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for brake service work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from other repair work performed by third parties
• Damage from environmental factors (rust, corrosion, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hughes Auto & Truck Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

• Vehicles left超过 30 days without contact may be subject to storage fees.
• Vehicles left超过 90 days may be sold to recover costs under Alabama lien laws.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
